Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Oak Furniture Store & Sofas. For the first time, I ordered the Berlin Bookcase in Small and Medium. The items arrived within about 7 days or so. No damage. Exactly, as represented on the website. Great value for money, I felt, being Solid Oak and I managed to buy on sale. :-) The staff were extremely helpful throughout, both on the 0800 phone and via email, during the process of arranging my order and shipping delivery. I also have ordered the Oslo Shoe Cabinet in the larger size, so it has a 10 week time delay due to its competitive pricing. Looking forward to that! Thank you Oak Furniture :-)
