Love the furniture, quality was fantastic, easy to put together - but very disappointed in customer service. The wardrobes were pre ordered with an expected arrival of 8-10 weeks. I had to contact them after 12 weeks to get updates. 14 weeks, after I contacted the office again, I was told they were in the country. It was another couple of weeks when I contacted them again to be told 2 of 3 items were in the warehouse waiting for the 3rd item to arrive. After the initial order was placed 9 February, the last shipment was dispatched 9 June. I was promised a gift voucher due to the delay. That didn't happen. If you are prepared to wait a long time with no progress updates, you will love the furniture when it eventually arrives.
