The furniture quality of is great and I used to be a loyal customer with half of my interior set up being from Oak Furniture. However, a few months ago I purchased a dining table, which didn’t fit in the room how I envisioned it to. When I made an enquiry to return it, Oak Furniture declined it and did not suggest any further options. In fact the team didn’t even answer my email, which I think is a poor customer service. Since then I stopped buying from Oak Furniture and prefer other stores where customer service is better.
