As we entered the shop as we were put at ease by staff wearing masks and offering antibacterial hand sanitizers and scanned COVID-19 tracer. When we needed assistance we were greeted by Ray, he shared her knowledge of the stock, demonstrated working of extendable tables, and gave us extremely helpful information in relation to payment and delivery. The extremely easy shopping experience, and made my husband and I feel comfortable. We have now purchased the dining table, chairs and three other items, and will return in a few weeks to purchase bedroom furniture. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
