Very professional knowledgeable staff Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my gratitude to the many staff within your organisation particularly Edward (Datchet), and the young man I met in Iver yesterday ( sorry I failed to take his name!). I have been in contact with many estate agents over the last 12 months whilst searching for a home in West Drayton ( no luck yet due to developers and investors) and I have witnessed many attitudes and more worrying poor service. Yet Oakwood estates has stood out as I have found that all members I have spoken to very professional, enthusiastic and more importantly compassionate to the 'ordinary' everyday family home seeker.
