Well, it started off slowly, but I think that was down to the tenant, rather than the team, but Lucinda sorted it all out, and kept us in the loop at all times, and I think to be fair, if it wasn't for her efforts, we would probably not have gone with that tenant, and the process would have dragged on.
So, all in all, very pleased with the service.
