My partner bought a car less than 6 months ago. A serious fault developed and even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it is the dealers responsibility to repair or replace the vehicle, we were offered £500 to fix a £1350 fault or cover the costs ourselves to bring the car back to them to fix (8 hour round trip!) the sales team were unprofessional, unhelpful and damn right rude, avoiding our calls and cutting us off at every opportunity. I would think very carefully about purchasing a car from this company as I believe they are knowingly selling sub par cars at high prices in the hope that their customers won’t know their legal rights. It’s dealerships like this that give second hand dealerships a bad name. The Director Christian Barry WOODHAMS should be ashamed of himself and his sales team!
