Watch out for their faulty return policy. Oasis are just another unscrumptious company not doing the right thing because they’ve covered themselves by their small print. I ordered a dress and it arrived with a large hole in it. I filled out the returns form and checked 'faulty' with an explanation of the damage and wrote a note on the clear plastic bag it came in showing where the hole was. I then sent it back. I received a refund email stating that £2 would be deducted from my refund for shipping. I emailed customer services to complain - also stating that I should receive the £3.99 delivery fee back due to the dress being faulty. I received an email back with a link to their T&Cs saying that I should have contacted them first to report the fault and therefore wouldn't be receiving a refund. It's not about the money, but the principle. The dress should have never been sent out and the company should do the right thing... Shame on them.
