“They refused to pay me for months, leaving me frustrated and without any way to access my funds. No matter how many times I tried to contact them, they either ignored my requests or gave excuses. I was on the verge of giving up when I found SPECTRUM-CREST After reporting my issue to them, they stepped in and took swift action. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication,SPECTRUM-CREST was able to recover all my money. I’m beyond grateful for their support in helping me reclaim what was rightfully mine.””

“These people are completely fake, they show something and send something else, and do not even take any return, there is no point in falling in their trap, these people have made a fool of me and took the money.”

“Not the same quality and since been taken over. Also beware if you order online as they list other brands but you have to pay to return separately for each one. It’s now part of Debenhams and the information on their website is confusing at best”

“Oasis and Warehouse used to be my favourite shops, I loved their style and the high quality - but now, oh my god, what has happened?? There is no 'style' to speak of, weird trendy (?!) shapes and frills, god awful patterns and colours - just gawdy rubbish!! I haven't even found anything that I would wish to buy - thankfully, by the looks of these other reviews. So, so, sad.”

“REFUND PROCESS REALLY SLOW WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN Placed two orders. One came quickly was returned 31 May. As of 20 June still awaiting refund of £ 279. The other order came in two parts, one part 10 days after first. I would’ve preferred all to arrive together as it costs to return items so you don’t want to be making multiple returns on one order. That was returned 3 June. Still awaiting refund. I contacted customer services 12 June who agree the garments were at depot. They said to wait even longer and then if not received a refund to contact them again. Bearing in mind any contact with Oasis generates an automatic response & you then are just waiting again. Why should I have to chase these refunds? I’ve never had to wait this long with any other company. Oh and the sizing is too small and im not sure but the Adrianna dress seemed to sewn incorrectly. But seeing as it didn’t fit it was difficult to tell.”

“The jeans are pretty expensive. Not even worn more than twice and there were rips. Got the jeans mended only to see tje Jean rip again. Waste of my Money. DO NOT BUY”

“If you loved oasis jeans like I did for the quality, sizing and longevity. Do not buy them now! Worse quality than Primark jeans, which have lasted longer than the Oasis jeans I bought in April, having only worn a handful of times, now have a hole in them. I also bought 2 pair of Oasis black jeans at the same time, which have shrunk and discoloured in the wash. Absolutely fuming.”

“The quality is so bad it’s woeful. I purchased Jade jeans and Cherry jeans they are so different from what I had previously purchased in the Oasis shop. Please read and heed the reviews so as not to be fooled. If I had read the reviews first I would not have ordered them.”

“Watch out for their faulty return policy. Oasis are just another unscrumptious company not doing the right thing because they’ve covered themselves by their small print. I ordered a dress and it arrived with a large hole in it. I filled out the returns form and checked 'faulty' with an explanation of the damage and wrote a note on the clear plastic bag it came in showing where the hole was. I then sent it back. I received a refund email stating that £2 would be deducted from my refund for shipping. I emailed customer services to complain - also stating that I should receive the £3.99 delivery fee back due to the dress being faulty. I received an email back with a link to their T&Cs saying that I should have contacted them first to report the fault and therefore wouldn't be receiving a refund. It's not about the money, but the principle. The dress should have never been sent out and the company should do the right thing... Shame on them.”

“i was devestated, order dress in my size went no where near me was so demoralizing , sizing was horrendous when measured against a very similar style dress was a good few inches smaller won’t be ordering again not only do you pay to receive you pay to send the tat back , extremely quick taking money, very slow to repay, did keep me informed of when and where package was tho, when received the dress was screwed up in a tatty bag which was also a let down, used to love ordering as used to come on a hanger in a bag and was brand new!! Not so now!”

“Used to shop there all the time for years. But since online only, totally different. They actually sent a similar print but but different style dress to that ordered- like l wouldn’t notice!! I’ve unsubscribed, why waste my time having to return random stuff sent.”

“The sizing is so far off! I'm a size 14 in all my clothes but I bought a size 18 denim Oasis dress from a charity shop because it looked like a 14 more than 18 and it actually fits the same as a 14. Size is not true to size”

“I bought a skirt from this so called new Oasis thinking I was buying a 2 piece set. The skirt was very badly sewn and 2 sizes bigger. I sent back and got refunded £13 2 weeks later for a skirt i bought for £40 and paid for my delivery. Very unsure how they came about this figure as even if they removed postage, I should still be refunded more. I didn't bother going back as I just didn't have the energy I felt so sorry for the previous owners of Oasis and if that was me, I wouldn't sell my name brand and these ones have totally ruined it. Poorer quality to Primark! AVOID!”

“Don't be fooled by the huge discount sales they have. You will still end up with a product of much lower quality than you paid for. Ordered a £110 coat with 40% off and the quality is a joke. It's the sort of thing you order from China on ebay for a tenner. The fabric is thin and cheap. The stitching poor. The fit is wrong. All these reviews are correct. Brought out by Boohoo and charging Oasis prices with the quality far worse than can be found on the market stalls of the 1990s.”

“Bought a pair of tan boots for over €100 and quality is really poor/plastic looking. That said, there was no issue returning them and the process was very straighforward. Disappointing about the boots though -they looked fab on the website”

“I have shopped with Oasis for years. Love their styles, patterns, designs & fantastic quality. That has all disappeared with Boohoo. Materials are now cheap & nasty. And no classic gorgeous fresh floral/feminine trendy prints that always attracted me to their shop. Sizing is now dreadful too, just bought pair of jeans in my size that I can't even fasten. A good brand destroyed...such a shame!!”
