“I realized the management was charging me more than other clients for same membership. No cool ! Apparently there are deals but no offered to everyone”
“The sizing is so far off! I'm a size 14 in all my clothes but I bought a size 18 denim Oasis dress from a charity shop because it looked like a 14 more than 18 and it actually fits the same as a 14. Size is not true to size”
“Bought a pair of tan boots for over €100 and quality is really poor/plastic looking.
That said, there was no issue returning them and the process was very straighforward.
Disappointing about the boots though -they looked fab on the website”
“Ordered my usual lily skinny jeans one black pair one blue pair I buy lily jeans from oasis every season so I know the size and quality from oasis shops , I ordered 2 pair on line the only thing that says lily is a tiny label on the bag cheap rip off lily jeans nothing like the original also 2 tops poor quality won’t be ordering any thing from oasis again they have gone cheap quality clothes online .”
“Used to love the original Oasis fashions bought mostly all my clothes from there since being taken over clothes are not the same bad website nothing appealing do don’t buy the catered for everybody luckily I went to liquidation sale when it closed as still has beautiful clothes from them since being taken over”
“Another boohoo takeover bites the dust. Cheap and nasty but still charging mid/high, high street prices. Mass manfucatured sweat shop clothing where all costs are cut to rhe lowest possible for maximum profits.
This company forget that, once you are too old for fast fashion, you are the perfect customer. High disposable income, loyalty, shop regularly online. But we know quality and this is not quality. I will take my money to some of the smaller UK shops with an ethical outlook. ASOS are also much more ethical these days.”
“Oasis used to do lovely clothing at reasonable prices and good quality. My recent purchases have shown a significant shift in quality, thin materials, poor cut and shoddy - for example crop top merchandised as jumper length and cord dress with hardly any cord and cheap looking zip.”
