Worse quality than Primark jeans, which have lasted longer than the Oasis jeans I bought in April, having only worn a handful of times, now have a hole in them. I also bought 2 pair of Oasis black jeans at the same time, which have shrunk and discoloured in the wash. Absolutely fuming.”

Oasis are just another unscrumptious company not doing the right thing because they’ve covered themselves by their small print.
I ordered a dress and it arrived with a large hole in it. I filled out the returns form and checked 'faulty' with an explanation of the damage and wrote a note on the clear plastic bag it came in showing where the hole was. I then sent it back.
I received a refund email stating that £2 would be deducted from my refund for shipping. I emailed customer services to complain - also stating that I should receive the £3.99 delivery fee back due to the dress being faulty.
I received an email back with a link to their T&Cs saying that I should have contacted them first to report the fault and therefore wouldn't be receiving a refund.
It's not about the money, but the principle. The dress should have never been sent out and the company should do the right thing...
Shame on them.”
“i was devestated, order dress in my size went no where near me was so demoralizing , sizing was horrendous when measured against a very similar style dress was a good few inches smaller won’t be ordering again not only do you pay to receive you pay to send the tat back , extremely quick taking money, very slow to repay, did keep me informed of when and where package was tho, when received the dress was screwed up in a tatty bag which was also a let down, used to love ordering as used to come on a hanger in a bag and was brand new!! “I bought a skirt from this so called new Oasis thinking I was buying a 2 piece set. The skirt was very badly sewn and 2 sizes bigger. I sent back and got refunded £13 2 weeks later for a skirt i bought for £40 and paid for my delivery. Very unsure how they came about this figure as even if they removed postage, I should still be refunded more. I didn't bother going back as I just didn't have the energy I felt so sorry for the previous owners of Oasis and if that was me, I wouldn't sell my name brand and these ones have totally ruined it. Poorer quality to Primark! AVOID!”
“Don't be fooled by the huge discount sales they have. You will still end up with a product of much lower quality than you paid for. Ordered a £110 coat with 40% off and the quality is a joke. It's the sort of thing you order from China on ebay for a tenner. The fabric is thin and cheap. The stitching poor. The fit is wrong. All these reviews are correct. Brought out by Boohoo and charging Oasis prices with the quality far worse than can be found on the market stalls of the 1990s.”
“I have shopped with Oasis for years. Love their styles, patterns, designs & fantastic quality. That has all disappeared with Boohoo. Materials are now cheap & nasty. And no classic gorgeous fresh floral/feminine trendy prints that always attracted me to their shop. Sizing is now dreadful too, just bought pair of jeans in my size that I can't even fasten. A good brand destroyed...such a shame!!”

No info about that you have to pay customs declaration fee and an extra handling fee. give the impression of being a Swedish company but they do not understand or respond in the Swedish language.
This is company I would never recommend anyone doing business with. Do stay away!

As a lot of others before the take over I used to spend thousands £ each year with oasis , loved the beautiful dresses, coats , tops & jeans it was probably the main brand I used. This was my first purchase since the take over and I can honestly say the other reviews are not wrong not only is the quality of the dress absolutely awful cheap material and poorly made. The dress I received had obviously been returned it was screwed in to a ball as it’s velvet this has completely damaged the material it was also covered in make up ! When I contacted them they ignored my comments about quality control and told me I can return at my own expense and expect a refund in 15 days . Please be aware and think before buying as I’m sure the dress I have will be sent to another poor unsuspecting customer when returned . Such a shame boohoo have completely ruined the oasis brand I will never be buying from there again”
“As a woman in her 40s who doesn’t want to look like mutton dressed as lamb or like a middle-aged frump, Oasis and Warehouse used to strike the right balance. Their clothes were not cheap but not overly expensive, good quality and had a classic styling with some beautiful prints. Sadly this has all gone with the BooHoo takeover. Rubbish quality, sizes all over the place. Where have the designers gone? I’m stuck for somewhere to shop now. Just keep wearing the old stuff that is still wearing well, unlike the new!”

Oasis and warehouse used to be my go to clothing brands. Since it’s been taken over the sizes are all over the place and quality of clothing is terrible. Very cheap. If you were to stand near a naked flame you would set on fire in these clothes.
I ordered 3 dresses and a top and every item is going back dresses are enormous and top too small. Cheap quality products. I would say now New look is better quality and this was never the case before oasis and warehouse were taken over.
I bought a black and white sporty dress from oasis in the summer and did keep it. But having Washed it once all the colour has come out and I won’t be able to wear it again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!”
“Cheap tacky clothes made out of horrendous material. Boohoo have absolutely ruined this brand. Clothes would look cheap on a market stall. After spending hundreds a year with the old oasis brand I’ve now deleted the app and won’t be buying again as anything I have ordered I’ve sent back.”

Can tell Boohoo now owns this brand! I ordered one dress and three coats...every item returned. I wouldn't pay £20 for these clothes at a market stall! One coat should have been £119 - see pic of the seams. The dress I bought for a wedding is completely see through - see pic! It was basically the CHEAPEST tat ever! Wouldn't keep the items if they were given to me for free.
I'm actually offended by the order - it is THAT BAD! Very poor quality - so poor, that I'm currently arguing a refund of the delivery as the items I received are NOTHING like the pictures! I've always refused to buy from Boohoo as everything is tacky and cheap. Now they've ruined a once amazing, high end brand!

Firstly i ordered a coat was advised on the sizing that a large was a 12 to 14 when i recieved it it was massive then ordered another in a 12 on friday i paid 5.99 for precise delivery i opted for saturday to just find out its now coming monday. I also ordered a dress which came friday and when it came it was a top not a dress i talked to someone on WhatsApp they said basically to send it back so now ive ordered the dress it should be coming saturday but who knows. I go away thursday and havent got the money or energy to look elsewhere
The quality of the products are very poor compared to how they used to be. I just want my garment then i will never shop with these again hopefully i will recieve my refunds but after reading the reviews im no hopeful”
