“I have ordered several items since Oasis was taken over. All items had to be returned. Poor quality and the sizing is all wrong. Such a disappointment as I loved Oasis clothing in the past.”

“I used to love buying clothes at Oasis. I was of course gutted that the stores closed, and ordered two blouses online. What a huge disappointment! The sizing is completely off, and don’t get me started on the quality! One of the blouses also looks nothing in real life like it did on the website. I will most probably never wear it! This was the last time I ordered from so-called ‘Oasis’.”

“I agree with all the comments, the new( boohoo or oasis whatever you want to call it) It's clothing are complete trash, they don't have the high standard that the oasis use to have before they were taken over. I live in Australia & have been buying the oasis brand for the last 3 years, but no more, the quality of their clothing is so $ 2. I suggest boohoo that you buy from the same supplier that the original oasis fashion use to, otherwise you are going to loose a lot of customers.”

“Disappointed with my tops that came today. Since Oasis has been taken over the quality of material is terrible and sizes seem to be smaller. I used to love Oasis but I won't be purchasing anymore clothes from there again. What a pity it was such a great brand.”

“Ordered a number of items in sale online - wasn’t aware of who had taken company over after it closed during lockdown. Clothes arrived - all very poor quality, horrible material used (especially when Oasis had always used such nice fabrics), sizing was completely off ... what used to be a quality clothing shop is now another cheap fast fashion brand. Really disappointing”

“Well unfortunately since oasis have been taken over the quality of the clothes has regressed dramatically. I ordered 4 items not one of them looked anything like the quality on the photo. The quality of the material was poor. The leg and sleeve length was on the short side”

“Not sure if scam or simply disfunctional! Wrong item delivered, and nightmare trying to get it corrected! After umpteen emails, get different answers but refusal to issue replacement, despite having returned incorrect item! Do not risk ordering from this outfit!”

“Worst clothing store online ! My dress came completely tear off ! The clothes doesn’t even look like the one that we see on the picturee ! This is ridiculous ! They used a material that is so badd that it look like the one from costume but not even good costume the cheapest one that we bought at dollars store”

“DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!!!!!! I am very upset with this site! I wouldn’t even rate it for how bad it is. I spent a lot of money on several outfits over $200 and over 2 moths past that I did not receive any packages. I did not receive a tracking number order however I did receive an emailing stating that I did pay for those items. When I went on customer service to track my order and email them they did not respond. I will like to know how I can get my money back if I do not receive my packages. Do you guys have any tips on how I can get my money back.”

“I would of give 0 stars but had to give 1 to leave a review, my was order cancelled basically because I’d paid with a gift card, they said my item ordered was out of stock but when I went on it was still available to order. They said they refunded me back to a e- gift card which I haven’t received and is no longer accepted on line anyway. Gone from a great company to this it’s such a shame. Do not buy anything from this site now.”

“I ordered a Ted Baker bag on the 5th May and as yet haven't received it and its now the 23rd May. No one answers my e-mails which is unsettling. I told friends about the site and now I will have to tell them that they aren't any good. It makes me think the rest of the reviews are done by oasis them selves. G Jezard”

“Two orders, two absolutely atrocious experiences. Customer services are friendly, but utterly useless, and supply chain organisation seems to be non-existent. First order - purchased for Next Day Delivery, order was not dispatched for three days and falsely advertised as in-stock, order then failed to turn up with courier for another three days - 8 days later, after multiple web chats and phone calls, finally received. Oasis sent me a 25% discount code against a subsequent order in apology. Gave benefit of doubt and used 25% discount code for new order. Once again, order for Next Day Delivery - and once again, five days later, I still have not received my order, and after three phone calls, Oasis are as yet unable to give any explanation as to why it hasn't yet left their warehouse. Clothes themselves are of fine quality, but no different to anything else you can buy on the high street, and I've never encountered ANY retailer with order / dispatch organisation of this atrociously bad level. Honestly, if you value your free time, don't enjoy making constant phone calls to chase orders that may or may not ever arrive, and want the orders you've placed to arrive when you're told they will, purchase from literally anywhere else online.”
