Used to be my go to shop on the high street but since it was taken over, the quality of their clothing, cuts, fabric etc has all gone down the pan. I will absolutely not be buying anything else from there. Shame I still have unlimited delivery. Very sad to see them go.”

Terrible service. The refund is still processing and taking ages. The one items that has arrived it okay, but the sizing is quite small.”

A dress I ordered was huge on the waist and too tight around the bust and arms and a size 12 top I could just about get over my head. The clothes are tat with an oasis label. Such a pity. What's happened to the original oasis designers?”
“So disappointed with oasis since it was taken over last year! The quality of clothes is terrible and not worth the money. I bought a jumper, which usually from oasis will last ages and lots of washes, this one no such luck. Buttons feel of sleeves and they were plastic anyway so metal wore off after couple wears. Their sizes are ridiculously too small as well! I had to return baggy style joggers because for one I couldn't even get them over my thighs (I’m a size 10 and ordered a 10) and I returned mid rise stretch jeans - calling them mid rise was a stretch (excuse the pun) as I couldn’t get them past my lower belly never mind button them up to be a mid rise (I’d say 2 inches out!) so according to oasis sizing I’m a 14! To be honest I would have returned them even if they did fit, because the quality was so shocking for £60! I have a pair of oasis jeans from couple years ago that are a 10 and still fit fine - says it all!”
“I’ve recently made an order with Oasis for some open toed sandals, I’m heavily pregnant and have realised none of my shoes fit. I can’t get to a shop so relied on my order coming next day as I chose and paid for at the time of ordering. My baby is due any day now and I don’t have shoes to wear. The order didn’t arrive and they are claiming this is because I chose DPD named delivery day and chose a day four days after the order!!! Notably for the same price of £5.99! I know I didn’t do this and feel I’ve been scammed before the order even arrives. On contacting them via WhatsApp I received a message from Lau saying along the lines of, you chose this when you ordered so we don’t have to do anything. Honestly absurd!”

I didn’t want to give this one star. I can not say this clearly enough. Unless you want to be stressed and over £100 out of pocket DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! Terrible terrible customer service. No telephone number and very slow email response. Also tell you the same thing over and over again. They have confirmed they got my return and that I am entitled to a refund but 6 weeks later…….where is it Oasis??”
“I ordered the 'stone linen look' jacket in a size 16 which is a size larger than that which I usually buy. I did so as I'd heard oasis garments are sometimes badly sized. The jacket arrived scrunched up in a small polythene bag, creased beyond recognition. When I measured it I found it to be more like a size 12. Obviously it did not fit. The material is not at all like linen either in quality or 'look'. It is, in my opinion, cheap looking and badly made. Needless to say it's being returned pronto.”

“Oasis used to be my go to shop. I knew my size and it was guaranteed everything fit. The jeans were my favourite but much to my dismay the sizing, quality of fabric and design have all been changed. I have shopped at Oasis for 10 years, but it now looks cheap and flimsy, seams are left improperly finished.
It still looks lovely on the website but in reality it is nothing like the oasis we all loved before.

“Agree with all these reviews. All my dresses for years have been from oasis. The fit was perfect, the quality very good and at a reasonable price. I'm so disappointed with the current product and will never buy from them again. Fortunately I bought so many quality Oasis dresses in the past that I will not worry about buying any new outfits for years to come.”
“I have been wearing Oasis clothes since the early 2000’s when I was at university. I have always loved the clothes as the are always a good fit, of high quality and the designs were always beautiful. I have received so many compliments about the Oasis outfits I have worn in the past and I still have dresses and tops I have been wearing for years. Since Boohoo have taken over I have found the quality and fit to be very very poor. I am 5ft8 and a UK size 6. I ordered a black spot midi skirt in a size XS, the equivalent to a UK6-8 it was too tight around my waist even though I have a 23.5 inch waist which is a UK4 waist. The stitching was also bad. The stitching on a knee length denim skirt was such poor quality I had to return it. A black high neck top I ordered was made of thin material and was too short in the body. I always wore the Jade Skinny jean before but they are no longer available in a longer length. A lot of the clothes are now made of polyester instead of cotton or viscose. And with a lot of the clothing the smallest size is a UK8 or S. Such a shame as Oasis was a very well known and loved high street clothing brand for decades. When they went into administration I was very sad. I was so happy when Boohoo bought the company out but since ordering a few items from the new Oasis I feel incredibly disappointed. Please Boohoo go back to the original Oasis suppliers before the brand is ruined for good!!”
