REFUND PROCESS REALLY SLOW WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN Placed two orders. One came quickly was returned 31 May. As of 20 June still awaiting refund of £ 279. The other order came in two parts, one part 10 days after first. I would’ve preferred all to arrive together as it costs to return items so you don’t want to be making multiple returns on one order. That was returned 3 June. Still awaiting refund. I contacted customer services 12 June who agree the garments were at depot. They said to wait even longer and then if not received a refund to contact them again. Bearing in mind any contact with Oasis generates an automatic response & you then are just waiting again. Why should I have to chase these refunds? I’ve never had to wait this long with any other company. Oh and the sizing is too small and im not sure but the Adrianna dress seemed to sewn incorrectly. But seeing as it didn’t fit it was difficult to tell.
