I have shopped at Oasis for 10 years, but it now looks cheap and flimsy, seams are left improperly finished.
It still looks lovely on the website but in reality it is nothing like the oasis we all loved before.

I'm so disappointed with the current product and will never buy from them again. “Another boohoo takeover bites the dust. Cheap and nasty but still charging mid/high, high street prices. Mass manfucatured sweat shop clothing where all costs are cut to rhe lowest possible for maximum profits.
This company forget that, once you are too old for fast fashion, you are the perfect customer. High disposable income, loyalty, shop regularly online. But we know quality and this is not quality. I will take my money to some of the smaller UK shops with an ethical outlook. ASOS are also much more ethical these days.”
“I have been wearing Oasis clothes since the early 2000’s when I was at university. I have always loved the clothes as the are always a good fit, of high quality and the designs were always beautiful. I have received so many compliments about the Oasis outfits I have worn in the past and I still have dresses and tops I have been wearing for years. Since Boohoo have taken over I have found the quality and fit to be very very poor. I am 5ft8 and a UK size 6. I ordered a black spot midi skirt in a size XS, the equivalent to a UK6-8 it was too tight around my waist even though I have a 23.5 inch waist which is a UK4 waist. The stitching was also bad. The stitching on a knee length denim skirt was such poor quality I had to return it. A black high neck top I ordered was made of thin material and was too short in the body. I always wore the Jade Skinny jean before but they are no longer available in a longer length. A lot of the clothes are now made of polyester instead of cotton or viscose. And with a lot of the clothing the smallest size is a UK8 or S. Such a shame as Oasis was a very well known and loved high street clothing brand for decades. When they went into administration I was very sad. I was so happy when Boohoo bought the company out but since ordering a few items from the new Oasis I feel incredibly disappointed. Please Boohoo go back to the original Oasis suppliers before the brand is ruined for good!!”
“Oasis was always my favourite brand, I’ve been wearing it for over 20 years, since Bohoo have taken over the quality is awful, cheap and over priced, you can’t use the same cheap materials that are used for bohoo, misguided and charge the same price for oasis, warehouse , Karen Millen, will not be buying again.”
“This has been my go to brand for over 20 years. Gorgeous feminine clothes, good quality fabric and sizing that was reliable. Not anymore I’m afraid, since being taken over the materials are thin, cheap, the sizing variable and the website/clothing ranges dull and boring! What a shame this was such a great brand for the ‘young middle aged’ demographic! Those of us that want to look nice and fashionable but our crop top days are long behind us! I was so pleased it had been saved. There are few companies that meet this age group and do it well. Use your original designers/suppliers/buyers Oasis! They had the format for the brand spot on!”
“Loyal Oasis customer, particularly loved the Jade jeans but ordered from the new website having worn my old ones out over lockdown and they smelt of cigarette smoke, they arent the same size, the quality is poor, they were shorter in the leg. “I used to buy literally all my clothes from Oasis, they were such good quality, fit and design and lasted for years. Since they were taken over I can honestly say the quality of every product I've ordered has been atrocious, with the single exception of one product which was a leftover from the previous stock. The sizing is also awful, everything is designed for a petite teenager - why does everywhere have an obsession with making everything cropped?! So sad as I used to spend so much money with them, such a shame it's turned into yet another fast fashion poor quality brand.”
