“Oasis was one of my favourite brands. Great clothes, good quality fabrics, really well made with accurate sizing.
Since they’ve been taken over I can’t think of one positive thing to say. Cheap, awful, poor quality rubbish. I’ve given up trying their clothes now. It’s not the Oasis we all knew and loved.”

I have ordered quite a lot of clothes in the hope they would be like before, unfortunately not. The quality is terrible with cheap materials and poorly fitting. Thankfully they have free returns. “Really disappointed with quality since Oasis was taken over. I have always been the same size but the sizing is very inconsistent now and cheap poor quality materials used. Threads hanging off and none of the dresses lined anymore. Very sad as they were one of my favourite brands. Hope they will go back to the old supplier.”

It's clothing are complete trash, they don't have the high standard that the oasis use to have before they were taken over.
I live in Australia & have been buying the oasis brand for the last 3 years, but no more, the quality of their clothing is so $ 2.
I suggest boohoo that you buy from the same supplier that the original oasis fashion use to, otherwise you are going to loose a lot of customers.”

“Oasis used to do lovely clothing at reasonable prices and good quality. My recent purchases have shown a significant shift in quality, thin materials, poor cut and shoddy - for example crop top merchandised as jumper length and cord dress with hardly any cord and cheap looking zip.”

Clothes arrived - all very poor quality, horrible material used (especially when Oasis had always used such nice fabrics), sizing was completely off ... what used to be a quality clothing shop is now another cheap fast fashion brand. I am very upset with this site! I wouldn’t
even rate it for how bad it is. I spent a lot of money on several outfits over $200 and over 2 moths past that I did not receive any packages. I did not receive a tracking number order however I did receive an emailing stating that I did pay for those items. When I went on customer service to track my order and email them they did not respond. I will like to know how I can get my money back if I do not receive my packages.

“I would of give 0 stars but had to give 1 to leave a review, my was order cancelled basically because I’d paid with a gift card, they said my item ordered was out of stock but when I went on it was still available to order. They said they refunded me back to a e- gift card which I haven’t received and is no longer accepted on line anyway. Gone from a great company to this it’s such a shame. Do not buy anything from this site now.”

“I ordered a Ted Baker bag on the 5th May and as yet haven't received it and its now the 23rd May. No one answers my e-mails which is unsettling. I told friends about the site and now I will have to tell them that they aren't any good. It makes me think the rest of the reviews are done by oasis them selves.
