I don't think this company knows what bariatric means.. The seat was way too small for me. When I contacted customer service, I received multiple emails of discounts. They did not want to give me a refund. They suggested I donate it or give it away. I explained that I needed a shower chair!
I ended up taking a $20 partial refund.
My advice is to avoid this company.
