“Received an OasisSpace shower chair sold and shipped by Amazon. On opening the box the EVA pad was severly damaged. OasisSpace refuses to replace the damaged part telling me that the seller takes care of warranties on this product. Everyone knows that it is a manufacturer's warranty, not a seller's warranty. I have politely asked via email numerous times how to exercise the warranty stated in their instruction information. They will not provide this info. I conclude that the OasisSpace warranty does not exist. I will return the item to Amazon and purchase a similar item from another company that has integrity and honors their warranty.”

“Do not order from this company. They sent us a knee scooter with a defective brake that was unsafe to ride. It’s been over a week since we contacted them with videographic evidence of the faulty product and there has been no acceptable resolution and they are attempting to violate their own return policy that the company will pay the return shipping fee for incorrect or defective/damaged products.”

“Immediately asked for return in unopened, original box. Contacted them 4 times, with no response. Doctor would not approve use. Even gave them bad reviews, with no response. Warning..do not buy from this company!”

“Danger Danger. This is overseas company. After you buy, and if you want to return they make it impossible. First, they will offer you money in exchange for keeping it..If that doesn't work, then they will ask you to pack it up into original box, which is impossible for the customer to do because the method is very specific. So it is another way to deter you from returning. So this company business model is to sell it to you but make it impossible to return if you don't like the product. I am going to report them to BBB.”

“This is an off-shore company with no phone number and a customer service that interacts only thru email. Poor english. Trying to return the product and they gave a Dallas address to return it to, with a phone number that is not in service. They are doing everything they can to get me to keep the item, offering me money back. This company might have a good product, but the way they do business is scammy.”

“This roll-about/knee scooter is great. It is with me at all times, because I am non-weight-bearing for 4 months due to foot and ankle surgery. It is sturdy and hard to tip. The all-terrain wheels easily glide over the door sill into my bathroom. The basket is indispensable for moving stuff around, as your hands are needed for steering. The OasisSpace has a very comfortable knee cushion, which is important with my cast. The scooter is lightweight enough to lift either end to work my way around tight corners. I am very pleased with the OasisSpace roll-about.”

“I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT YOUR COMPANY WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU AT ALL. 😡😡😡 THE FRONT BAR HAS FAILED MISERABLY. AFTER ONLY 1 MONTH. CHINESE COMMUNIST COMPANIES LIE ABOUT THE PLACE OF ORIGIN AND ADVERTISING THAT IT'S AN AMERICAN COMPANY. “I contacted OasisSpace to buy replacement arm pads for my 4 year old Rollator because the arm pads were cracking apart. Cost was to be $30 each = $60. They gave me a discount of $10 so I paid $50. The pads arrived in a few days complete with their steel 2 foot long stands. I could not be more pleased. Great experience and transaction!!!”

“I ordered my husband a bariatric walker from another company. After 2 weeks of waiting and getting no results when I would contact the supplier, I decided to shop elsewhere. The walker was for my husband who is 74 and unable to walk without an assistive device. Within a week, my son was assembling it for him.”

“I love my OasisSpace rollator walker, it is my third. It is perfect, it can be used as wheelchair if needed. The walker is very sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a walker at all times, as I do. Thank you for such a dependable product.”

“I absolutely love my new oasis space rolator. I have had at least 5 other rotators all different brands. This oasis space rolator I just bought is an order of magnitude greater than all the other ones put together. Anyone who is looking for a rolator should only consider an oasis space rolator. They are far and above all the others.”
