What is the range of the seat height of the commode for $109.98 on Amazon website. Has a 500 pound capacity. Stand alone raised toilet. Seat height not listed. Thank you

I don't have an order. I want to give your customers a number to reach you so they stop calling my business and yelling at me over your broken equipment. I have contacted your customer service regarding this issue, but nobody has reached out. No phone number is convenient for you, but not for us when we have elderly people calling about equipment, and we can't help them.

I have tried to contact Oasis multiple times about replacement wheels and they have never responded. I have had two of the rollators for a few years. i need to purchase one for my wife but am hesitant because of no response from my previous efforts to contact customer service
