Do not order from this company. They sent us a knee scooter with a defective brake that was unsafe to ride. It’s been over a week since we contacted them with videographic evidence of the faulty product and there has been no acceptable resolution and they are attempting to violate their own return policy that the company will pay the return shipping fee for incorrect or defective/damaged products.
