“I purchased the walker because I needed the height. I am 6'1" 350 lbs. 67 yrs old female. So far my only complaint is the weight of the walker and it's not as easy to manuever on your own. If you live alone and need to depend on yourself think twice.”

“So far no luck with getting a replacement part. Communication has been great though. But I don’t understand why a replacement part is so hard to get. Wanting the tubing for the ice machine therapy system”

“At first Oasis had a problem getting the Walker to us and canceled the first order and the second order didn’t get here and had to order again. Had to send back extra Walker which finally came! Need to be able to talk to a real person when this happens!”

“Customer service isn't so great,the walker arrived with a broken reflector..I contacted Oasis Space to get a replacement, I even sent them pictures of the reflectors I needed and they sent the wrong ones 2 times! The third time they just sent a replacement wheel assembly so I guess they can't just replace those reflectors.”

“walker is well made and goes together easily, however, the user manual/assembly instruction is absolutely, without a doubt the worst I've ever seen.”

“Had problems trying to deal with interference from other sites obvitously determined to disrupt my attempt to submit and pay for the item I wanted to and order pay for. It was very perplexing annoying.Sorry, it contaminated interest to do more business with your company. However, the of the condition and quality of the item was very good!!👍”

“The product is great. Shipping was pretty fast, but the customer service is LOUSY! I received no receipt for my order so that I could turn it in to my insurance, and upon contacting customer service about it, they refused to send me a paper copy. I have no way to print one off of my phone, so I am out the money for the product. I am on a small disability pension, and needed that money. I will never get it back now.”

“I found this walker to be ok, but have sold it to another person who has a broken ankle and her doctor wanted her on a knee walker rather than crutches and they could not find one locally. I sold it to them for less than half what I paid for it.”

“Walker came preassembled wrong with the wheels placed incorrectly making it difficult to use. The physical therapist mechanic finally figured it out and switched the wheels front to back. The stationary wheels go on the back and it works great now!”
