Customer service isn't so great,the walker arrived with a broken reflector..I contacted Oasis Space to get a replacement, I even sent them pictures of the reflectors I needed and they sent the wrong ones 2 times! The third time they just sent a replacement wheel assembly so I guess they can't just replace those reflectors.
