This is an off-shore company with no phone number and a customer service that interacts only thru email. Poor english. Trying to return the product and they gave a Dallas address to return it to, with a phone number that is not in service. They are doing everything they can to get me to keep the item, offering me money back. This company might have a good product, but the way they do business is scammy.
