I have never, ever, seen such a poor return policy from any company. Most seem quite accommodating in their policies.
Sorry I don't know anyone in need fof your products so that I can provide them with advice. Had I bought this from a resale agent I'm quite certain they would have provided a return shipping label and credited my account as soon as it was received.
