The order arrived at our home with a damaged package and broken Upright Walker. Please contact FedEx and make arrangements for them to pick up this piece of junk. If this is in fact Heavy Duty, I would hate to see the cheaper ones. I have put a hold on payment to your company until this mess is taken care of. I would appreciate it if you would replace the Heavy Duty Bariatric Upright Walker, same price, free shipping, and soon. I need the upright walker to get around. I tried to add photos of the damaged package, but was unable to.
