When delivered, the rollator wheels are turned out of position so the device will fit into the box. To get each of the wheels into position, you need to push a red button and turn the wheel. On the first wheel, it was extremely difficult to push the button but the wheel finally got into place. On the second wheel, the red button would not engage and the wheel could not be turned into the proper position. So the rollator is useless and can't even stand up straight. I've used other rollator brands that did not have this difficulty at all. Cannot recommend the OasisSpace rollator at all. Customer service is very poor.
