So far I am disappointed in their customer service. All I want to do is return the walker I recieved because the left front wheel pulls to the left and the walker is too big for me to handle. All I want to do is return the walker and order the 300 model instead. All I got was take a video of the moving walker. I'm not asking for anything free-,I just want a walker that is easy for me to use and control.
Thank you. Your website does state that you provide 100 per cent satisfaction guaranteed. I hope so. I like the walker but the one I have isn't right for me.
