Upright heavy duty rollator. I do like the rollator and assembly is easy. Customer service doesn't exist however. The wheels slide even with the brakes applied on linoleum and carpet, and the rollator does not stop. I have messaged asking if there are different wheels that can be purchased and received no response.
It makes me think if I have an actual problem with the rollator I will have bought an expensive mistake.
