Great place to order from, but questioning their product at this moment. I ordered a Scooter for 500lb max I had it for 3 weeks and the front right tire has blown out. I have not contacted them yet about repair, but it has a 1 year warranty. After OASISSPACE got my review they called me & immediately got the info to send me a new tire no questions asked. I corresponded thru e-mail & time line was quick to get tire. Very impressed with IVY in customer service & the attention they pay to the reviews. Ill purchase from them again. Now let's see if it was just a faulty tire. I'm back ROLLING ALONG now
