I wanted to refurbish a knee scooter and a person by the name of Kelly was very responsive with their emails and was able to provide me with the part I needed. I was a bit confused on how to pay for the part and Kelly helped me with this issue as well. The part I received was a little flawed. I tried to use it but a couple of times it effected my balance and felt it was a bit unsafe. The company made another one available. Very pleased with the customer service experience.
