I recently mentioned in my review that I loved my stand-up walker, but was having trouble with the cane holder. The company immediately followed up with me and
sent the replacement part which solved the problem perfectly. I am totally happy
with the product, and absolutely impressed by the quick action by Holiday and the others at OasisSpace in taking care of my problem. I would highly recommend them for both a quality product, and for excellent customer service.
