Recently while traveling one of my seat reflectors got missing. I contacted customer service and they were so great in helping me. They sent a replacement part and did not charge me for it. I was willing to pay. I want to say that I truly appreciate the assistance and prompt response of customer service rep Holiday. A wonderful company to work with for my mobility needs
