The rolator arrived the same week I ordered it. My son put it together for me, although he could not figure out the back support. The next day I looked at the instructions. It is mostly a safety manual, with few instructions. But after reading the safety instructions, I finally found the info I was looking for and easily added the back support. I took it for a test drive. It seems nice and sturdy. It did not like going over a one inch driveway curb, so I lifted it over it. Otherwise it seems to work well. The seat is pretty comfortable and plenty large enough for this very hippy individual. It does not fit in my car (VW Jetta) very well, but will fit in the trunk when the trunk is empty.
