Recently I needed a wheel for my Oasis Space pneumatic tire rollator, I contacted the parts dept by e-mail along with some photos and they immediately knew what I needed. I received an email from them when they shipped the new tire/wheel assembly,4 days later I received my order and everything was just as I ordered.Great customer service,I would recommend them to anyone in need of their products.
