No phone to speak with a customer service person, not good. The walker is ok but the basket? how does one use it. No instructions & if put on the two things in the front the wheels create problems and it comes off. Placing the water holder on the side of handle is in the way, and gets knocked off. Very easy to trip over the back wheels as they stick out. I don’t know who helps you figure out configuration of this walker but they don’t really understand how to design for easy use. It’s also heavy for me, I’m 83 and have had many back surgeries. I just wanted something that would roll over a gravel driveway. It does do that. Cynthia
