I bought an upright walker for my father and it is wonderful! The walker is great and durable! My dad wore the breaks out after a year, I reached out to their customer service and they were excellent. The CS team responded quickly, got what I needed and provided replacement parts at a reasonable fee and I received them within a week. I highly recommend this company and their products.
