I am so very happy with my upright walker. Everywhere I go, people notice, comment and want to know where they can get one. I wrote out your website addy on strips of paper and hand them out. LOL. I let people give it a try. They love it. I had an issue with shipping, (shipping company's fault 100%). When I contacted your customer service department, I received a response right away and ya'll straightened their problem out in no time. Zero headaches for me. My only complaint is the cane/umbrella cup kept getting knocked off when I stow it in a vehicle. I finally lost it and I sure do miss it. Other than that, everything is fantastic.
