When we had a problem with one brake on my father's Rollator. OasisSpace responded overnight to my requests for help. They sent a replacement part without charging for it until we were sure it fit correctly. My father loves his rollator with the big tires that have treads and the customer service is one of the best I've ever dealt with!!
