We know there are new payment arrangements by the banks because of fraud, nevertheless your website in this context is not up to speed for customers who are older.
You asked for a phone number and we submitted the number of the recipient of the gift,believing it was for delivery instructions.
When we were transferred to the payment site, the payment was rejected because the number didn't relate to us.
The recipient was texted and believing it was a scam, had to cancel his credit card.
Very embarrassing for us as the cost of the gift was probably made known.
