Missed us and we could easily have been there had they phoned or agreed a time window for delivery. We then had to go to a Parcel Motel to collect our wines. We may as well have driven to O'Briens and collected our order. Please O'Briens change to DPD, much better delivery service for your great wines. DPD text a window time of approx 1 hour duration that they will deliver allowing us customers to have a life and get about our work without missing a delivery
