This is not your issue but UPS , your delivery firm, claimed I was not in today and have sent my wine to a delivery point quite a distance from me. I am not sure how I am supposed to collect it ??
I have been in all day, they definitely did not arrive at my delivery address.
I am not sure what happens next, I can’t collect the parcel it should have been delivered to me personally
