I sent an email query to O'Briens about some wine I had ordered as a gift for a friend. Hannah from Customer Service replied within minutes, was very helpful and friendly. So many companies are outsourcing their Customer Service to companies with staff who just read from a script and have no connection to the company you are dealing with. It was great to receive excellent, friendly service from someone who knew what they were talking about.
