Hi, Had received a lovely gift card for Christmas from my daughter (from her first paycheck). Several months later tried to find egift card in emails but no joy. Contacted customer service with the order number and within a few hours Hannah had forwarded on the gift card to me. No stress or fuss, just efficiency.
