I ordered a shipment for my uncle for his Birthday as I am in Australia, the stock was damaged in shipment but Hannah Nyegaard Gannon communicated this with me and gave me the option of refund or to resend. I chose to resend and it was delivered the next day. There was also an issue with the driver being unable to contact my uncle on delivery to which Hannah quickly reached out again and solved the problem. Was extremely happy with OBriens customer service particularly Hannah
