Delivery didn't arrive - well, it looked that way even though I got a confirmation from DPD (Courrier), I sent a mail to both OBriens & DPD to see what had happened. I almost immediately got follow-up calls and emails from O'Briens who chased down the delivery (which absolutely had arrived but some kind soul (neighbor) had put it away and forgotten about it).
Incredible service, I was massively impressed and very grateful.
