I was disappointed that there was nothing in the boxes bar wine, no thank you card, not even a packing list for €1,000 worth of wine!
Incidentally, and unrelated to the above, the guy in your Douglas store last Tuesday morning needs to learn something about customer service, he was very rude to me!
