Great people to deal with. I live in the UK, and have sent gifts to family in Ireland through O'Briens since 2015. Always easy to deal with and they get the job done! This time, their courier let them down, but as soon as the problem was known they got it sorted so my folks had their gift for Christmas.
Hannah deserves a special mention here - she got the issue sorted fast, kept in touch etc. She is a credit to the company.
