The ordering process was great, but the tracking service left a lot to be desired. The purchase was as a gift, but I was informed of the delivery progress with the ultimate, freakily incorrect message that the wine had been delivered to my address. I checked all around and it wasn't anywhere to be seen so I was forced to check with the correct recipient to ensure that it actually had been delivered to the correct address.
Please fix this!
