While visiting your shop at the Galway shopping centre today to make a purchase I found the gentleman at the checkout very rude.
Someone should have a chat with him and let him know in the kindest way possible that it is very rude to comment on the customers shopping bag ie (would you like to put the wine in your Dunnes bag) you have there or would you like one of our wine paper bottle bags.
If he wants to be a snob let him be one at home but not inflict his ignorance on us his customers.
