Last Saturday one of two boxes being delivered was dropped- this box cntained 2 bottles.. I expected to be notified of arrangement for replacement promptly. Oh Wednesday I had heard nothing and followed up with emails to DPD and OBriens. The replacement was delivered yesterday and O’Briens apologized for the inconvenience caused. I had hoped for an extra bottle to compensate for my time responding to many emails in order to sort this out.
